I was approached by Burton to examine their front page and content presentation. As a well-known brand, Burton Menswear didn't require exposure or an introduction on their discovery page. However, they did struggle to keep their customers engaged while searching for products.

Additionally, insights gathered from user funnels revealed that customers have difficulty distinguishing between discounted and full-price products. Consequently, several concept ideas have been proposed to enhance customer engagement and make the website more vibrant and interactive.
