While working with the leading retailer END, I was tasked with examining their My Account feature and addressing user pain points identified during usability testing. Additionally, after analyzing user behavior and needs through qualitative testing, I suggested to the team the introduction of a 'My Preference' section. This feature would enable users to save their preferred styles and sizes, facilitating quicker product searches and personalized recommendations in the future. Below is the presentation for the product management team, which includes research observations and preliminary wireframes for the proposed quantitative testing.
