  • I am an expert with over nine years of experience in developing innovative product concepts that align the needs of both customers and businesses. I approach every product design problem from a user-centered perspective, and have an excellent eye for both user interface design and product design systems. From wireframes and prototypes to final refinements in Figma, I implement best practices to develop intuitive products that users enjoy.

  • Through both qualitative and quantitative usability testing methods, careful evaluation and research, I present ideas with the strongest commercial potential to deliver effective results. I excel at enhancing user experience (UX) to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Working with user flows and the logic that underpins the product's structure is something I really enjoy doing. I can provide the organization and structure of content, where user flow applies that structure to how users execute certain tasks in the simplest possible way. The two, in my opinion, are intertwined and, when applied properly, offer a framework to guarantee smooth, user-friendly product design.

  • One of the many things I enjoy about my job is user experience (UX) research, which gives me the opportunity to really examine how users interact with the product in a functional and real-world setting. It enables me to step out of the designer role and see how easily other people understand my work. It also presents an opportunity for growth that I could not have discovered on my own. I have experience in both quantitative and qualitative usability tests, as well as analyzing metrics that help guide future iterations of product design.

  • Digital design or graphic design plays a major role in my work as a Product Designer. I have collaborated with other designers and marketers in various businesses to create design systems that are compatible with various platforms (e.g. CRM) and synchronize visual language across channels.

  • I am someone who can think strategically and tries to bring a holistic view of the user experience to every decision I make. In my career, I have successfully led small design teams as well as small to large-scale design projects. As a business owner and an experienced professional in my field, I believe I am a great communicator and have an in-depth understanding of delivering project goals to different level business stakeholders.
