MONSOON – Navigation

While working at Monsoon, I had the pleasure of leading the design for our largest in-house project: replatforming to a faster and more efficient version of the Salesforce platform. The project spanned over a year, with the primary objective of enhancing our website's speed and user experience. It consisted of seven product packages, each addressing a different aspect of the website.

For each package, my team and I would conduct a series of qualitative and quantitative usability tests to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs. The test and results presented below illustrate one of the examples completed in-house.
